项目名 - 国家/地区（例如 Lychee S3 - India）；后台 Edit 与数据库中仍为「项目名」「Country」两列分别存储。上方 Projects
列表的筛选仅作用于该表，便于按同名项目跨国家查看；导出 CSV 仍仅针对当前选中的项目。
